This Edwards 175 E2M175 direct drive rotary vane pump is inherently compact and vibration free with an ultimate pressure of 7.7x10-4 Torr and a pumping speed of 115 CFM at 60 Hz. These E2M175 Edwards 175 vacuum pump offers a finger-proof coupling housing and totally enclosed fan-cooled motors, that provides excellent operator protection.
